Global Car Parts: After I joined the Piston Poppers Car Club and got serious about hot rodding. I bought a 1940 Ford pick up with a modified 59A block flathead. Well it wasn't long before I took it to the drag strip on a club outing and found my new love. Drag racing! I mean I was hooked. I then stepped up and purchased a full blown race car. Really, it was a super charged, gas, dragster with a roadster body on it, called the Wildcat and ran in AA/Competition class. After running a series of gas dragsters, a Super Stock AMX, many other cars and building engines for others I decided to build engines and transmissions for a living. With over 40 years experience in the high performance engine and transmission building business I can offer some of my experience and knowledge to my customers. To assist them in making the proper choices in their purchases and offering some expertise in helping them build their hot rod race car or street machine.
